This cannot be undone
Deleting is permanent. We keep no copy and there is no restore, so if you sign up again later you start from an empty account.
What gets deleted
- Your login — email address and password.
- Your saved places (favourites).
- Your profile row, which holds nothing but your account id and the date it was created.
Delete my account
Enter the email and password you use in the KiddyGo app. We check them, then delete the account they belong to.
What stays, and why
Two things are not attached to your account and therefore don't go with it:
- If you joined the waiting list on this website, that email sits in a separate list. Write to us and we'll remove it too.
- Server logs — IP address, timestamp, the request itself — which our providers keep for a short period for security and diagnostics.
Nothing else about you is held anywhere: KiddyGo has no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no third-party trackers.
Need a hand?
If you can't get in, or you'd rather we did it, write to us from the address on the account and we'll delete it within one month — usually the same week.
